Responsible gaming

Last updated: 19 Aug 2026 1. 18+ only QQPK is for adults 18+. Minors may not register or use the lobby. If you find an underage account, write cs@qqpk.services or use footer Telegram. Do not stay logged in on a device a minor can use. Password the app. Do not share cashier details with children. 2. Play is entertainment, not income Poker and betting involve a risk of loss. No system guarantees a win. Set a budget and a time limit you can afford. Do not borrow to play. Do not reload while angry, drunk or on drugs. Do not chase losses. 3. Tools in the lobby If the lobby offers deposit caps, cooling-off or self-exclusion, turn them on under Responsible gaming / Settings. Once self-exclusion starts you usually cannot log in until it ends. Opening a new account to dodge it can close the account and affect any remaining balance. The in-app page wins. Support on this site will not push reloads or lend money, and will not start or lift exclusion in chat. That is done in the lobby. 4. Help Malaysia: Befrienders https://www.befrienders.org.my/ .
