Last updated: 19 Aug 2026 1. Scope This policy explains how the QQPK Taiwan official site https://qqpk.games (“this site”) and the QQPK lobby handle personal data. Operator: QQPOKER Technology Limited (BVI, reg. 2174404). This site has no second login. You read public pages, schedules and the official entry here. Registration, KYC, cashier and hand data live in the lobby. The Anjouan seal uses qqpk.com for licence checks. That is not this site’s URL. 2. Data we process On this site we may process: messages and screenshots you send via LINE or cs@qqpk.services; technical browser data (IP, device, pages, referrer); and requests made when fonts load from a font service. In the lobby the operator may process: registration data (nick, contact, date of birth), device and login logs, play and payment records, and KYC files — to run accounts, risk controls, support, fraud prevention and legal duties. 3. What we do not do We do not sell personal data to unrelated parties. We will not ask in LINE for a full ID scan unless the official lobby upload flow says so. Official support never asks for passwords, codes or seed phrases. 4. Sharing The operator may share what is necessary with payment providers, verification services, regulators or advisers to run the service, stop abuse, or meet the licence. Partner Poker Hub is a separate site and does not receive your lobby login. 5. Retention and security We keep data for as long as the account, a dispute or the law requires. Pages are served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your password and device. 6. Your rights You may ask to access, correct or delete data held by this site or support.
